Review of Simple English Videos Website

 Hello everyone!


Welcome again to my blog. Today we will be reviewing a 'Learning English' website which I thought could be quite useful for English learners as well ELT teachers. This website is called Simple English Videos and from its name, it provides 'simple English videos' to help language learners. You can find the link to the website here.



Once you get to the website, you can find several sections you can choose from. Once you click on 'videos' it takes you to another page where you can find videos for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels that you can choose from:


Or, you can simply scroll down and choose from some popular videos like 'everyday English' or even 'business English' if you are learning English for business purposes:


In addition to videos, the website also offers courses for those who prefer to read in detail. However, they also provide fun videos for various topics to make learning fun and easy.


Limitations

Whilst the website, from its name, provides simple English videos, I think it doesn't really make much of a difference when intermediate or advanced language learners want to learn something in their level as I felt most of the videos were 'simple'. 


However, I still think this website is useful for language learners and educators who would want to incorporate simple English videos in their lesson.

    Give you a like for the link~ Speaking of this site's limitations, they're pretty much like its name—'Simple English.' But a huge plus is that it does a lot of the legwork for teachers, saving us a ton of time. By the way, have you noticed how long it’s been since they last updated their videos on the website?

    My opinion is that this platform is better suited for use when teaching younger students.
