Conceptboard Review: Collaborative Online Whiteboarding



Imagine having a team meeting with your colleagues, each one in their own place, brainstorming on an online interactive whiteboard. How convenient! You can do this in Conceptboard, a platform that offers collaborative online whiteboarding, empowering teams to ideate, brainstorm, and collaborate in real-time regardless of their location. What’s fascinating about this platform is that it facilitates collaboration among team members, making it an efficient tool for remote teams, educators, and creative professionals alike.



Whether you’re a professional in online collaboration tools or just a newbie, Conceptboard allows you and your colleagues to easily navigate with its special features. Limitations

I personally found that Conceptboard lags during real-time collaboration sessions with my teammates. It was especially frustrating to upload large files, which I think Conceptboard needs to fix. Conceptboard does have advanced functionalities so for beginners it can be quite challenging for them (not-beginner friendly) so it will take much of their time trying to figure out how to use them.

Furthermore, while Conceptboard offers a free version with basic features, access to advanced functionalities, such as unlimited collaborators and additional storage space, requires a subscription. This pricing model may pose a barrier for smaller teams or organizations with limited budgets, potentially limiting access to certain features.

    I have to say, through our experience using this site in class, I think it is not very efficient because users have to spend a long time figuring out how to make it work.
